All Buchanan guided river fishing trips include:

Wear comfortable, warm clothes and be prepared for fishing action. We take care of the rest.
PRICE LIST
All prices are GST inclusive.
Full Day: $500.00 inc. GST
Anglers: 1-2, and at least 8 hours fishing
Half Day: $300.00 inc. GST
Anglers: 1-2, and at least 5 hours fishing
CASTING CLINIC
$50.00 per hour up to 2 anglers includes full training on casting techniques and all aspects of fly fishing.
The only extra charge on the fishing trips is a license for the area - which can be supplied.
Richie Buchanan was born and bred in the Taupo district. He has fished the lakes and rivers of the area from the time he began to walk, and has taken local and overseas visitors fishing, increasing the demand to become a professional guide. In 1992 he launched Buchanan Trout Guiding.
